Tropical Piña Colada Smoothie

If you're a fan of Piña Coladas but can't have them in the morning, just make this smoothie and it'll instantly teleport you on a beach.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple cut into cubes and frozen
  • 1 mango cut into cubes and frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or pineapple juice
  • 1 banana optional

Instructions

  • If you want to serve your smoothie out of the pineapple, just cut it in half (lengthwise) and carve it .
  • Cut the pineapple and mango into cubes and freeze it for a thicker consistency. You can skip this step if you want a thinner smoothie.
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in glasses or in the carved pineapple halves. Decorate with coconut shavings and more mango or pineapple.
