Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
The quickest breakfast ever? Overnight oats! Just toss all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them and leave them overnight to soak! Super nutritious and delicious.

- 1 cup almond milk or any other milk you like
- ⅓ cup yogurt
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 banana sliced (half for topping)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (1 of them for topping)
- 5-6 nuts roughly chopped
In a bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, half of a banana, lemon juice and ½ tablespoon of peanut butter. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning divide the mix in two bowls/jars and top each of them with ¼ banana, sliced, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 2-3 nuts of your choice.
