Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

The quickest breakfast ever? Overnight oats! Just toss all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them and leave them overnight to soak! Super nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk or any other milk you like
  • cup yogurt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 banana sliced (half for topping)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (1 of them for topping)
  • 5-6 nuts roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, half of a banana, lemon juice and ½ tablespoon of peanut butter. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning divide the mix in two bowls/jars and top each of them with ¼ banana, sliced, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 2-3 nuts of your choice.
