5tbspChia Seeds
1cupCoconut milkor other of your choice
1tspvanilla extract
1/4tspcinnamon
1/2tbspmaple syrup
Caramelized apples
2applescut into cubes
2tbspmaple syrup

Instructions
In a mason jar, place the milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cinnamon for the chia pudding. Shake it really well and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Shake it again and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-5 hrs.
In a pan over medium heat, place the apples, cinnamon and maple syrup and caramelize them for about 7-8 minutes, until they turn golden brown and absorb some of the syrup and spice.
Take the chia pudding out of the fridge, divide it in two glasses and place some of the apples on top.
