Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk, dairy or plant-based (250 ml)
  • cup flour regular or gluten-free
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder *Optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute. Allow the mix to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Use a laddle to pour equal amounts of batter in a heated pan, rubbed with oil or melted butter. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
