- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup / honey
In a bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, rum extract, maple syrup and cocoa. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning divide the mix in two bowls/jars and top each of them with ¼ banana, sliced and maple syrup or any toppings of your choice.
