Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup / honey

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, rum extract, maple syrup and cocoa. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning divide the mix in two bowls/jars and top each of them with ¼ banana, sliced and maple syrup or any toppings of your choice.
