Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sweetner of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups milk
Toppings (optional)
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup granola
In a mason jar, place the milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and sweetener. Shake it really well and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Shake it again and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hrs.
When the chia pudding sets, place it in two jars or cups, layering it with Greek yogurt and granola in between. Feel free to top it up with chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
