Tips and tricks for the best Chocolate Chia Pudding:
-I like to make my chia pudding the night before, because it allows it to get the right consistency. Just put the milk and chia seeds in a mason jar, give it a shake and place it in the fridge for 10 mins. Take it out, shake it really well again and leave it in the fridge until the next morning.
-I used coconut milk for this recipe, but it works really well with any type of milk, be it plant based or regular milk.
-You can top your chia pudding with some chopped nuts of your choice or granola and yogurt.
-It makes the perfect snack to take with you at the office.
