Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup spinach (½ handful)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • drizzle maple syrup or honey
  • few nuts of your choice
  • 1 cup almond milk (235 ml)

Instructions

  • Throw all the ingredients in a blender. Process for a minute or untill smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mix in a cup or mason jar and serve.
