Ingredients:
Bottom layer
50gcoconut yogurt
1cupfrozen blueberries
100mlcoconut milk
Middle layer
1/2cupfrozen blueberries
50mlcoconut milk
3tbspshredded coconut
100grcoconut yogurt
1/2banana
Top layer
100grcoconut yogurt
1/2banana
3tbspshredded coconut
Extra blueberries and coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
Blend the ingredients for the bottom layer, pour them in two glasses and let them rest in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, blend the ingredients for the middle layer then pour them over the bottom one. Place the glasses back in the freezer for 10 more minutes.
Blend the top layer mixture and pour on top of the other two layers.
Notes
You can replace the coconut milk and yogurt with any desired option. The blueberries can be replaced with any desired fruit.
