Fact of the day: Your day will improve significantly if you’re having a blueberry coconut layered smoothie for breakfast. Bonus tip: Add a fancy glass and the odds increase dramatically. Well, at least it worked for me !

-Not a fan of coconut? No probs! Replace the milk and yogurt with anything you want ! Works perfectly with regular milk and greek yogurt or any non-dairy alternatives!

Blueberry Coconut Layered Smoothie
Ingredients:
Bottom layer
- 50 g coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 100 ml coconut milk
Middle layer
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 100 gr coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana
Top layer
- 100 gr coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- Extra blueberries and coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients for the bottom layer, pour them in two glasses and let them rest in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, blend the ingredients for the middle layer then pour them over the bottom one. Place the glasses back in the freezer for 10 more minutes.
- Blend the top layer mixture and pour on top of the other two layers.
