Jam twists ( made with leftover dough)
Whenever I have some extra dough from other recipes, I whip up these super delicious jam twists! Great way to reduce waste and the perfect snack for when you're in a hurry!

Yield: 8 twists
- Leftover dough shorcrust or puff pastry
- ¼ cup Jam (I used sugar-free raspberry jam)
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Roll the leftover dough into a rectangle and spread the jam on it.
Fold the sheet in half and cut 2-3 cm wide strips.
Twist the strips and place them on a tray with baking paper on it.
Brush the strips with eggwash and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Bake the twists for 15-20 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 200°C
