Hummus 3 ways

Three different hummus recipes: classic, avocado hummus and roasted red pepper hummus. Gotta love them all!

Ingredients:

Classic Hummus

  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Avocado Hummus

  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Roasted red pepper hummus:

  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except for the olive oil in the food processor and mix until creamy. Add olive oil 1 tbsp at a time. Mix until smooth.
