4-ingredient Mango Chia Pudding
An easy to make, delicious and low on calories breakfast, this Mango Chia Pudding only requires 4 ingredients! Also, it has no refined sugars in it.

- 4 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Coconut Milk or any other milk
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Mango
In a mason jar, place the milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Shake it really well and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Shake it again and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hrs.
Peel the mango and put it in the blender to blend until smooth.
When the chia pudding sets, place it in two jars or cups, layering it with the mango puree in between.
