Long summer days that end with having guests over require some go-to cocktails to have in your repertoire. And, as you may know, most people say Gin and Tonic is a quintessential cocktail for the summer. Well, I love myself a nice Gin and Tonic all year round, but who are they to judge?! Anyway, I was saying something about having people over. Either you’re hosting your closest friends or the fanciest guests, this Blueberry and Lavender Gin and Tonic will have them asking for more !
And that’s because this cocktail really does have it all. In other words, it tastes like summer in a glass. With the sweetness of the blueberries, the heavy floral notes of the lavender, the fizzy tonic water and the bitterness of the gin that always keeps us coming back for more…mmm! Doesn’t that sound good. And, like most things in life, this one’s all about balance!
